Overall the location was great! Right across from the beach and great view of The beach. Close to the restaurants and bars. About 5 to 7 minute walk. Onsite parking was great to have.

Labor Day Weekend

Location is perfect to entertainment, restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. Beach access is 20 yards from the driveway. The check in process was efficient, the house was clean and ready on time, and everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

Joe's Place was great

This place was in the perfect location! We were at most 3 blocks from everything and right across from the beach access. The views were amazing from every porch! The home was super clean and had everything you could think of. The stairs are not for the weak though. Would definitely book again.

Amazing place to stay

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and views; however, this 4 story building is not made for older women with bad knees..lol..wore us out going up and down the stairs. But we made it and had a blast!

6 days at Joe’s

The location and the views were amazing. We liked how close we were to restaurants, tons of things in walking distance. The beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and appliances. I would definitely go back and stay again

Plenty of room for two adults and three teenagers. Accommodations were very comfortable and the location was perfect. The rooftop was a great hangout for the kids. Off-street parking is a huge plus on Tybee. Will definitely return.

Lots of stairs
Very nice roomy place . Beds quite comfy . Living area very big and comfortable. IF, you’re older you’ll need to consider the 3 flights of stairs that are steep ! Bedrooms second floor living 3 rd. Wonderful view with 4th floor private deck .

One of the Best on Tybee
We were absolutely happy with our stay at Joe's. The views are beautiful and the rental is very spacious for 2. Very quiet, peaceful, and you can hear the ocean at night. The location is awesome if you like quiet, but good access to shops and restaurants. The only negative was the beach gear and bicycles provided...most all were in poor condition or broken. The garage door opener button also worked sporadically, but were later told that the garage access was not part of the rental. Overall a great choice for a visit to Tybee.

Very nice place! Excellent location. Plenty of towels. Nice communication from the management company. Comfy beds and good showers. Would stay here again.
