Perfect Townhome!
This rental townhome was perfect for us! We enjoyed how the bedrooms were on the second floor and the kitchen, dinning and living rooms on the top/third floor. This split plan allowed those who were tired from the day to retreat to their room while others remained in the living area. This townhome was close to the beach, which was exactly what we needed! The townhome is also walking distance to a park, giving us an easy location to take our dogs on walks. The Fort Screven neighborhood area is always peaceful, quiet, and laid back. The townhome is located next door to the old Tybee Post Theater, and close to shopping and food. We would definitely pick this location again!

AWESOME PROPERTY

I'm afraid to write this review because I may never get to stay here again because it was such a magical experience. I took my family (two young children) for a rest at the beach. The property is walking distance to the beach for starters and walking distance to the lighthouse (15-20mins). It is also around the corner from TWO ice cream shops! The kids were on cloud nine. The two decks on the property also meant lovely hang out spaces. We watched the sunrise from the living room every morning and one morning we went to the beach for the event. I remember this vacation fondly and I thank the team taking care of us.

Beautiful Property
PROS: Great location. We visit Tybee every year, and love North Beach area. Access to the beach is a short walk from the property. Loved the screened in porch. Perfect Get-a-Way. CONS: The carpet was badly stained from pets. Needs cleaning or replacement.

Quaint Retreat
The location is amazing, it's close to the beach entrance and the convenience stores/restaurants, especially with our golf cart. It was perfect for (2) couples getting away for relaxing trip. We enjoyed the screen porch a lot. The theater is close by, it can be both entertaining & loud. There are a bunch of stairs and the bathrooms are kind of smaller, but overall everything you need. We would recommend new living room furniture, it is nice, but not comfortable, especially when you do want to hang out inside on those rainy days. All in all, enjoyable trip and enjoyable home.

Excellent stay over Labor Day weekend!

We stayed for Labor day weekend and it was awesome! The home is so nice. The views are awesome! Thank you for such a wonderful place to make more memories with our family.

We were there on Labor Day weekend but had to evacuate for Dorion. Loved Good Vibrations. Location great. Only negative thing is the living room furniture. It is too low. My mother could not get down on it or get back up easily if she sat on the couch or chairs. I would consider changing those out. Everything else was great.

Perfect place to build memories on Tybee Island.

Our week on Tybee was absolutely amazing and "Good Vibrations" was one of the main reasons. The home provided our family with a wonderful place to return to each day. The views are amazing and we felt very welcomed in the neighborhood. Good Vibrations provided everything we needed and more, and we look forward to returning next summer to build even more family fun memories! THANK YOU!

Loved it!!
A last minute weekend trip for me, my husband, and our little boy. This is a perfect location, just around the corner from the beach access. We loved the screened balcony with fans and cozy seating. The home has everything you need, even a grill. It was quiet for the most part. We slept in the front bedroom which was a little bright for our son to sleep. The blinds don't offer much blocking of daylight or lightening flashes. A baby gate might be helpful for future guests with toddlers. I usually bring mine, but forgot this time. Well stocked cabinets with soaps and such-much appreciated! Ready to book another weekend.
