We had a great stay and we were very well taken care of by the property management company. Communication was great when we needed it and we had one instance where one thing was wrong and they showed up at the door within in minutes to fix it! That meant a lot to us! We were impressed by the size of the condo.. the raised ceilings made it feel extra spacious. The hot tub was the best part for the kids. The beach chairs/toys/etc were a pleasant surprise as they were not mentioned in the listing. Very close to beach. Would stay again.

Everything was fantastic! Easy check in, plenty of covered parking, simple stroll to the beach, large pools and indoor/outdoor eating spaces on site. We used everything available to us in our condo, from the ice maker in the refrigerator to the hot tub on the patio. We loved it!

An absolutely wonderful condo. The grandkids loved the jacuzzi and the patio. Wonderful open space with everything a family needs for a vacation. The complex was also perfect!

Nice Resort with Restaurant and bar by the pools. Think there could of been better directions but over all nice place. Very close to the beach. If you go further down toward Restaurants on the beach like Fannies on the beach awful no where to park! Best to stay where your at! The Resort is in a nice location. Had fun!
By Beth, Posted: 05/16/2022We loved this condo! It is a beautiful oasis of quiet and privacy. We cooked in the kitchen, read on the patio, and used the hot tub each evening. It’s steps from the beach and a nice walk to many restaurants. We’d recommend doing a sunset dolphin tour and trying out Tybee Beach Massage while on the island. The Shoppes at 1207 are also fun and the Crab Shack was a unique experience.
